The Albion - Fallshaw relationship

In September 2007 Fallshaw, Australia's largest manufacturer of wheels and castors, reached a reciprocal agreement with Albion Industries, the premier castor company within Colson Associates Inc. (the largest castor company in the world) to distribute each other's products in our respective territories: Albion distributing Fallshaw products into the USA; and Fallshaw distributing Albion's products into Australasia.

"The agreement will allow us to penetrate many non-traditional Albion markets and extend our product offering to customers in America" states Bill Winslow, President & General Manager of Albion Industries, Inc. "With the addition of Fallshaw products, Albion will now have a complete line of light duty castors for the store fixture, display, medical equipment and furniture markets. The agreement unifies two companies that are leaders in their respective markets with minimal product overlap."

"We are thrilled to bring the Albion line of castors and wheels to our customers in Australia and the South Pacific", states Jo Fallshaw Bishop, Managing Director, Fallshaw Wheels & Castors. "The Albion product line will allow Fallshaw to more effectively compete in the medium to heavy duty markets such as the aviation/ground support equipment, automotive, government, and all other heavy duty manufacturing and distribution in Australasia."
