This Despatch Policy is the leadtime to despatch an order that our sales people can commit to without making separate inquiries to the Factory or Warehouse. We ensure we have sufficient stock and manufacturing capacity to reliably deliver against these leadtimes. We can often do better on request, but you'll need to check first. We can also provide customised replenishment & stocking solutions for our Account Customers, when particular high-volume products are required on an ongoing basis (so goods are packed and ready to be called-up against a firm order).
- If an order is placed BEFORE 11am (Melbourne time), goods are available for collection/despatch from 4pm until 5pm the SAME day and anytime the day after. - If an order is placed AFTER 11am (Melbourne time), goods are available for collection/despatch from 12pm until 5pm the NEXT day and anytime the day after that. |

| Fallshaw distribute within Australia out of our Melbourne Factory and our Brisbane Assembly Warehouse. Next-day delivery to most NSW locations is possible from either Melbourne or Brisbane. On occasions when Brisbane does not have sufficient stock of a particular item (and for specialized items not stocked in Brisbane) we fulfill the order from Melbourne (in this case add 1-2 days to the lead times below). All overseas shipments are dispatched from Melbourne. |  |
