Pad printing, customised castors and shrink wrap
Fallshaw can powder coat our metal components to coordinate with your equipment using any colour from the Interpon range (colour charts available from our sales offices).
Plastic components can be moulded in any colour (to match samples supplied, or selected from our wide range of standard colours - colour swatches available from our sales offices).
We can pad print onto thread guards to show your logo or artwork prominently.
The normal minimum order size for this kind of special is 500 pieces. However, if you are selecting from colours (components) already stocked for M Deluxe, Zen or Arc castors, we can assemble mix & match specials in minimum order quantities of 50 pieces.
Wheels can be shrink-wrapped to ensure that tyres fitted to your product stay clean throughout manufacturing and distribution - arriving at your customer brand new with no road dirt. Shrink wrap is available for M series wheels.
Off-standard castors made to order
We have talented engineers, designers and sales representatives available to help you design or source off standard castors where our standard castors are not appropriate for your application. We have ISO9001 certified design and manufacturing capability to ensure that all new designs are quality-tested and fit for purpose. In the modern computer based environment most products sold at a retail level are barcoded and Fallshaw castors are no exception! The barcode allows for stock to travel from receivings to sales with ease. Our distributors have found other benefits to the barcode system: The barcodes also contain the product code which allows for easy product identification and leads to better stock management. When requested, all Fallshaw products can be individually barcoded.

Lightweight Castors for Easy Walker Australia
Easy Walker Australia specializes in the delivery of walking aids for the aged and disabled. Their units need to be reliable and lightweight to ensure their customers are mobile. When Easy Walker was having difficulty with the weight of their castors for their walking frames, they approached Fallshaw to develop a castor that was not only light weight but was also non-marking. We found that a swivel fork with a grey rubber wheel would be perfect for the application. In order to mount the castor Easy Walker required that a specific 12mm metric bolt be fitted. We developed a process where Easy Walker provides the bolt and the Fallshaw factory fits it to the castor, which allows for easy assembly of the walking aids. Easy Walker also takes advantage of our pad printing facilities to brand the wheels with the Easy Walker logo, giving them brand recognition where it counts.
